The AILE Credential

Proof you can build with AI.

Not a certificate of completion. The AILE Credential is earned by building a working solution to a real task in a timed assessment, scored against a published rubric. Anyone you send it to can verify what you built.

A specimen. Every credential is written from the holder's actual build, in plain words, with its measured impact, under a numbered ID starting at 001. No two read alike.

How it's earned

The assessment grades a working build, not attendance. There is no multiple choice and no participation pass.

Build

You get a real task and a time budget, then you build a working solution. The brief is practical: the kind of thing a manager would actually ask for.

Graded

Your submission is scored against a weighted rubric with a pass threshold. The rubric grades what the build demonstrates, criterion by criterion.

Verified

Pass, and your credential gets a public record with its own ID. The record shows what you built, not a logo wall of course thumbnails.

The standard

  • Every assessment is adversarially reviewed before it goes live: difficulty, alignment to the rubric, and ways it could be gamed.

  • No assessment is published without human approval. AI helps construct and grade; a person signs off on the bar.

  • You can retake the assessment. The standard does not change.

  • The standard is versioned. Credentials state the version they were earned under, starting at 2026.1.

What an employer sees

Every credential resolves to a public verification page. No login, no PDF attachment, no badge soup. The work itself, and what it demonstrated.

What the build demonstrated

Each criterion was assessed on the working solution, not on completion or attendance.

  • Designed a multi-step AI workflow and ran it end to end against real data.

  • Engineered reliable, role-primed prompts that hold up across varied, messy inputs.

  • Built a human-in-the-loop review step so nothing sends without approval.

  • Audited outputs for accuracy and tone and handled the cases the model gets wrong.

How this was earned

Awarded only on building a working solution to a real task within a timed assessment, scored against a competency rubric. It may be retaken, but the standard does not change.
